Overview

Position Summary

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Collision Advisor to support the coordination of internal and vendor-related collision repair and accessory installation work. This role is responsible for managing the flow of in-house and sublet repair services, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time to support both retail and sales vehicle deliveries. A successful Internal Collision Advisor will work closely with the Sales Department, Collision Centre, Technicians, Parts Department, and external vendors to coordinate repairs, accessories, and vehicle preparation activities while maintaining strong communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate sales requests for in-house Paint Protection Film (PPF), windshield replacements, box liners, undercoating, and other accessory installations.
  • Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure all accessories and repair work are completed in time for scheduled vehicle deliveries.
  • Organize and coordinate technician scheduling for in-house and sublet glass, PPF, and accessory-related work.
  • Coordinate work with external sublet vendors when repairs or installations cannot be completed internally.
  • Monitor vehicle status and maintain accurate timelines for all assigned repair and accessory coordination activities.
  • Communicate updates regularly with internal departments regarding repair progress, delays, and completion timelines.
  • Ensure repair orders, vendor invoices, and supporting documentation are completed accurately and submitted promptly.
  • Liaise with the Parts Department to confirm required parts and materials are available for scheduled work.
  • Assist in prioritizing work flow based on delivery schedules and operational needs.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, technicians, and internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.
  • Perform quality follow-up checks to ensure completed work meets company standards prior to vehicle delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal coordination and customer delivery timelines.
  • All other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in a collision repair centre, dealership, service coordination, or automotive operations role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes, accessory installations, and vendor coordination is considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.

CAD $42,000.00 - CAD $45,000.00 /Hr.
